Galvan
Galvan is the no-nonsense kanban board that brings Agile project management strategies to the classroom. The goal of the app is to teach workload management through "chunking", and to make self-reflection habitual. The idea behind Galvan evolved over several months with much input from teachers, and the user interface was designed to address educators' issues with existing software.
Kilogramme
Made as a way to get my feet wet wth Prisma, SvelteKit, Vitest, and--above all--TypeScript, Kilogramme is the overweight cousin to Instagram. The idea is trivial, but my goal in creating Kilogramme was to demonstrate the best-practices that I came to be aware of through the enlightening albeit messy code development of Galvan.
Aquaponics
My involvement in the aquaponic garden was as an extra hand. And it was good. I with the project-leader's input, I designed a web frontend for monitoring statistics from the garden, and I was also around to help in setting up the garden itself. The process of designing the frontend was good practice in what I like to do: solving problems with good software.
